Directions: Apply 1 - 2 teaspoons onto damp skin after your shower or add a teaspoon to your bath.
We recommend dry body brushing prior to your shower for best results. Use as a massage oil, mosquito repellant or apply a small amount to your inner wrists and temples to de-stress.
Please note: This is a rich oil and can get messy! Please take care when pouring the oil and applying to the skin. Due to its warming properties we don't recommend using it on sensitive skin.
