So, you want to learn more
about Breathwork?

What is Breathwork?
Breathwork is a deep meditative, holistic therapy practice.
The uniqueness of breathwork, is the ability it gives to tap into your subconscious mind and unlock parts of ourself, as well as, releasing emotions and tension locked in our body, that no longer deserve to take up “space” in our being.
The best way I can explain the experience is;
Each breathwork session feels as though you create more space physically and mentally, allowing more movement in the body, and less noise in the mind.
What our bodies can do, is truely amazing. Using breathwork as a tool to access these unique abilities, allows you to take control over your life and give yourself back the power and energy you need, to access your full potential. The possibilities are literally, endless.

Breathwork, is to bring deep peace.
The individual’s possibilities as a result, are endless.
Key reasons to give it a go:
Breathwork, I believe, has so many benefits, it would be almost impossible to list them all.
In just one session, some will experience such an impact, the experience alone will create ripple effects all through their life.
Like any practice, the more frequently you do it,
the more you get out of it.
What breathwork gave to me, has not only allowed me to begin to heal myself,
but transform my life, and give me the opportunity to help others heal too.
Below I’ve listed common problems that breathwork can have a huge impact on.
Mental Wellbeing
Post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), Anxiety and Depression can all mostly be traced back to traumatic events in one’s life. During the process of releasing trauma through Breathwork, the response can be felt physically as a “weight” lifted, like pressure being removed. Anxiety can be completely elevated. Releasing trauma, help process stored emotions and majorly reduce symptoms of PTSD. A new sense of connectedness helps with the feelings - or lack there of - that stem from depression, allowing the individual to start to find joy in things that once felt bleak.
Connection
to Self
As mentioned above, having a new sense of connectedness can help mentally, it will also bring your awareness to your body and what it needs, as well as a sense of “presence” in the body. Some go far too long without knowing the sense of presence. The feeling that “space” has been created may allow more movement in the physical body, accompanied with less physical and mental pain. These responses allow us to really notice and appreciate the healing our bodies can provide us, bringing a brand new sense of gratitude.
Progression
in Life
The notion of “freeing space” may sound foreign, but once experienced, the expression will have a completely different meaning. It becomes like spring cleaning. Releasing limiting beliefs that may have held you back from reaching your full potential, preventing thoughts of self belief, inhibiting progression in all aspects of life. These releases can become resources for creatives struggling with “creative blocks”, releasing can allow rushes of inspiration and clarity, helping pave the way for new life ventures and bring a new confidence and understanding to your life experience.
What’s the difference?
Breathwork can be experienced in a variety of different forms.
Whether that be in a large group, a small intimate group, alone or
“one on one” with a trained practitioner. No matter what form you experience it in, it can have the above listed effects, fluctuating within each session, and bringing deep healing.
In my personal experience, nothing compares to working with a well trained, compassionate practitioner. Trained practitioners bring structure to the therapy, not only in each individual session, but also in multiple session packages, designed to maximise your healing experience and results.
Utilising the practice in this form, consolidates and enhances your body’s own healing power, often brining intense profound experiences and a new sense of freedom.
The intimacy of working one on one with a practitioner, brings your session enhancement due to having someone guide the session with the client as the focus, rather than a group as the focus. This allows a more direct connection, accompanied with prevention of common occurrences that are unable to be kept track of during group or alone sessions, such as “checking out” or falling asleep, ensuring a fulfilling, maximised and comforting experience which is incomparable to other settings.
“I deserve to heal. I deserve to experience all the joys life has to offer. I deserve to put myself first.”
